KILLEEN (July 27, 2011)—Michael Anthony Lee, 21, and Trevarrus Cortez Graves, 18, were in the Bell County Jail Wednesday, charged with aggravated assault in a weekend shooting at a Subway restaurant that left three people injured.
Their bonds were set at $100,000 each.
The shots were fired during a fight early Saturday morning at the Subway at 1200 Lowes Blvd. in Killeen.
A 52-year-old man and a 19-year-old man were taken to Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center after the incident and a 24-year-old man was taken to Metroplex Hospital in Killeen.
All of the victims were treated and later released, police said Monday.
Witnesses told officers that four people involved in the shooting sped off in a Pontiac four-door.
An officer found the car in the area of Lowes Boulevard and Trimmier Road and pulled it over in the 800 block of East Central Texas Expressway.
Police arrested Lee and Graves and two females, all of whom were taken to the Killeen City Jail.
The females, whose names and ages weren’t released were charged with misdemeanors and were released after posting their fines.
