   they spend pretty much all day and all night on them and cant stop talking about them. NORMALLY they don’t have many friends but I know some addicts who do.

   they play it to midnight and over,they make videos about it and sometimes talk about it a lot to others when they don’t care or even know what it is…

    When they ask a question on Yahoo Answers, look at all of the answers they got, and realize that they’re addicted.

    When there up till 2 in the morning and can’t get off there lazy a** to go to the bathroom that they use a pop bottle and that when you look at there comp. screen all you see or hear is games.

    check to see if they never want to hang out with their friends or they spend mealtimes around their computer. they might also spend a lot of their money on the computer or computer components.

    If they are on the top 10 scores of ohio……. or world….. or us, that could be a sign, or if they are on them for 7-24 hours per day!!! lol!!!

    Addiction means that you are enslaved to a habit. So if video games become like a habit that they feel they MUST have to do daily, then they are trapped in their games. Once a day for an hour is not an addiction if you can just walk by the x box. And check their online status, if they are high up in the charts, then theyve been playing a while! Some websites let you see how long you’ve played on x box online, or ps network, or pc online.

    You know you’re addicted when you’re like me and you will keep sending your Xbox 360 in because of hardware failures for the 6th(!)time because the online is just so darn good!

    Seriously, there is no addiction. It’s a passion. It’s a love for the artform and the idea that you can be someone else even if it’s only for a day and get to interact with people who want the same experience. There is not an “addiction” like some people would like to believe.

    It’s just how much you love it. be it slaying people in COD4 or just cruising around with a friend in Saints Row 2. Wanting to socialize in some way shouldn’t be called “addiction”.
