I like the name Rayne. I also like Dashara. I actually know a gal with that name. I'm not really keen on naming kids after months or days, but it's certainly up to you.

Wow, unfortunately I don't like any of them. I guess if I'd had to pick, I'd choose rain. Special? The kid will get made fun of for being "special." Princess? Sounds like a dog. Jewelz is horrible, only b/c of the z. The months are kind of silly and the first two are too weird and are terrible to spell.

Oh, please, please, puh-leeze don't name your child Princess! (Or Special, for that matter.) Rayne is fine and maybe even the ethnic sounding names you mention.
Keep in mind that your child will not always be a child. some day she'll be a 55 year-old woman. Do you want to saddle her with the name Princess? Would the name fit at that stage of her life? I think not.
My daughter had a friend named (I kid you not) "Magic Truth", who had a sister named "Karasel" (I guess her mom was going for some version of "carousel", the merry-go-round.)
My point is, names that sound cute for a baby or young child aren't necessarily appropriate for the person they grow up to be. What we are named can affect us throughout our lives in more ways than you could imagine. please give it a lot of thought. best of luck to you and your baby!
Please dont think im being unreasonable but u may think your being "unique" or making your child feel special but your'e not that child is going to get bullied!!december!!and the other ones they going to have to pronounce and spell for people for the rest of their life.dont be selfish.if you like "different" names but feel merciful use something like Hope or if your thinking month names what about may?
